Dan currently lives in Baltimore, MD, where he slaves over a hot microwave. He is an aspiring user experience designer, and fairly amateur chef.
During a brief stint in Rome he learned some of the finer points of Italian cuisine, under the language-challenged tutelage of Mama Brusca. Today he rarely makes use of these recipes, opting for ramen, potatoes, and other cheap fare. He does, however, try to interject her spirit of improvisation into all the meals he creates.
